Most varieties qualify for the National Heart Foundation Heart Tick.

Meals with the Heart Foundation Tick have met strict standards for saturated fat, sodium and fibre. This approval is subject to regular independent testing.
Many recipes of the more expensive Healthy Brands would not qualify for the Heart Foundation Tick. They are frequently too high in saturated fats, trans fats or sodium
