Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni
Want an easy meal that's light, filling and good for you? Michelina stuffs her Rigatoni noodles with a pleasing mixture of Riccotta and Romano cheeses and italian spices, then tosses them with fresh broccoli and zucchini. Topped with her signature Pomodoro sauce and an extra dash of Mozzarella. It's a well rounded meal you will come back to again and again.

Preparation
|
Microwave in 6 minutes
Microwave cooking times based on a 1100W oven.
Cooking times shown may require adjustment.
DO NOT REUSE TRAY.
MICROWAVE
1. REMOVE the tray from the carton (see easy-open feature).
2. LIFT one corner of the film to vent.
3. MICROWAVE on high for 4 minutes.
4. PEEL BACK FILM, stir pasta and sauce separately, then continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes.
5. LET STAND in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. REMOVE FILM,(CAUTION: Meal will be HOT) mix pasta with sauce and serve.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (DO NOT heat in Toaster Oven)
1. Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF).
2. Remove the tray from carton. Lift corner of film to vent, and place tray on baking sheet on centre rack.
3. Cook in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
4. Remove baking sheet from the oven, let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Remove film, (CAUTION: Meal will be HOT) mix pasta with sauce and serve. |
