Beef Ravioli

Ingredients

POMODORO SAUCE (52%) [tomatoes, tomato juice, water, tomato paste, citric acid, onions, mozzarella and parmesan cheese (skim milk, cultures, enzymes), olive oil, sugar, garlic, salt, spices, yeast, flavour, thickener (1442), vegetable gum (xanthan)]. MEAT RAVIOLI (48%) [durum wheat semolina, water, corn flour, natural colours (beta carotene and apo-carotenal), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, dextrose, salt, yeast) beef (4.8%), ricotta cheese (whey, skim milk), spices, romano cheese (sheeps milk, culture, enzymes)]. |

Preparation
|
Microwave in 6 minutes
Microwave cooking times based on a 1100W oven.
Cooking times shown may require adjustment.
DO NOT REUSE TRAY.
MICROWAVE
1. REMOVE the tray from the carton (see easy-open feature).
2. LIFT one corner of the film to vent.
3. MICROWAVE on high for 4 minutes.
4. PEEL BACK FILM, stir pasta and sauce separately, then continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes.
5. LET STAND in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. REMOVE FILM,(CAUTION: Meal will be HOT) mix pasta with sauce and serve.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (DO NOT heat in Toaster Oven)
1. Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF).
2. Remove the tray from carton. Lift corner of film to vent, and place tray on baking sheet on centre rack.
3. Cook in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
4. Remove baking sheet from the oven, let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Remove film, (CAUTION: Meal will be HOT) mix pasta with sauce and serve. |
