Spaghetti Bolognese was one of Michelina's favourite family recipes. And Michelina cooked it to perfection! She used tomatoes, minced beef, onions, garlic, olive oil, spices, and red wine, to create a perfect spaghetti sauce.

SPAGHETTI (52.5%)(water, durum wheat semolina), SAUCE (47.5%)tomato blend (18%)(tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato paste), BEEF (6%), onions, garlic,
celery, carrots, sugar, olive oil, red wine maltodextrin (corn), corn syrup solids, margarine (soybean oil, whey solids (milk), soy lecithin) salt, thickener (1442), spices, flavour, whey powder (milk), vegetable gum (xanthan), yeast extract, hydrolsed vegetable protein (soy, corn, wheat), turmeric, caramel colour (150b), citric acid).

Preparation
|
Microwave in 6 minutes
Microwave cooking times based on a 1100W oven.
Cooking times shown may require adjustment.
DO NOT REUSE TRAY.
MICROWAVE
1. REMOVE the tray from the carton (see easy-open feature).
2. LIFT one corner of the film to vent.
3. MICROWAVE on high for 4 minutes.
4. PEEL BACK FILM, stir pasta and sauce separately, then continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes.
5. LET STAND in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. REMOVE FILM,(CAUTION: Meal will be HOT) mix with sauce and serve.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (DO NOT heat in Toaster Oven)
1. Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF).
2. Remove the tray from carton. Lift corner of film to vent, and place tray on baking sheet on centre rack.
3. Cook in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
4. Remove baking sheet from the oven, let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Remove film, (CAUTION: Meal will be HOT) mix pasta with sauce and serve. |
