Michelina's has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy and meet our responsibilities under the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988.
"Only lawful and fair means"
Michelina's only collects personal information by lawful and fair means, and only where the information is necessary for one or more of its business or administrative functions. Michelina's may collect personal information:

Withdrawing your consent
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by sending an e-mail to us and requesting that your e-mail address be removed from the mailing list. You can use our Contact Us facility to do this.
All e-mails you receive from us will also provide you with the opportunity to request removal of your address form the mailing list.
Children's Privacy
Michelina's is committed to the privacy of your children. If you need to contact us about a matter concerning your children, you only need to disclose personal information that is reasonably required to address the matter promptly and efficiently.
We are unable to ascertain peoples' ages online. If a child has joined our mailing lists, a parent can request the removal of the child's e-mail address from the mailing list. You can use our Contact Us facility to do this.
Visitor anonymity
Michelina's allows you to browse the website and to enquire about its products by post or telephone without providing personal information. When you contact us through our e-mail facility, you need only provide your e-mail address.
Protecting personal information
Michelina's takes reasonable security precautions to prevent unauthorized access to any personal information that we may hold about you.
We also take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information that it may hold about you when it is no longer needed.
